Christina reached out to me a few weeks before her micro wedding at Lake Tahoe. She said her wedding photographer had an emergency and had to drop out last minute. I had the date free and I was excited to photograph a wedding in Tahoe!
What I didn’t know then, is how moved I would be by this small wedding. There was only 20 people total but you don’t always need a big wedding to leave a big impact. Both Christina and Cam were previously married and had children from those relationships. As a single mom myself, watching them merge their families together was a beautiful moment. I may have shed a tear or two.
